תמצית

חברת "נובק" הינה חברה המתמחה ברישות מערכת חשמל ביחידות דיור , משלב קבלת תוכניות הבניה ועד לסיום הפרויקט בפועל. החברה אחראית כיום על מספר אתרים, בהם היא מנהלת את רישות החשמל, באמצעות צוותי עובדים אשר מפוזרים באתרי העבודה על ציודם.

בעקבות ההתעוררות בשוק הנדל"ן הישראלי והצמיחה בכמות הפרויקטים לטווח הארוך תוך השאיפה לדייקנות, מהירות והתייעלות החברה, נוצר הצורך במערכת ממוחשבת.

ניהול הנתונים בחברה כיום הינו ניהול ידני ,הגורם לליקויים רבים כגון :
חוסר עדכניות במידע , חוסר מעקב אחר ביצוע פרויקטים וקצב התקדמותם משלב הזכייה במכרז ועד לסיום הפרויקט (הכולל את שלבי הפרויקטים) , קיימת בעיה במעקב אחר כמויות אשר הוקצו לפרויקט מסוים בעקבות כך לא ניתן לדעת האם הפרויקט עומד בדרישות ההתחלתיות , אין מעקב מסודר אחר כמות המלאי במחסן, אין מעקב אחר הזמנת ציוד מהמנהלים בשטח ואחר קבלת הציודים מהספקים אל מנהלי העבודה באתרים השונים.
כאמור, לאחר בדיקה מעמיקה של המצב הקיים בחברה, נתגלו ליקויים רבים, אשר נראה כי את רובם ניתן יהיה לפתור בעזרת פיתוח ומחשוב של מודולים וזאת תוך שמירה על קלות תפעול התוכנה על ידי המשתמש.

לאחר סקר שוק מעמיק אשר כלל אופציות של רכישת חבילת תוכנה מוכנה, בניית תוכנה מותאמת אישית על ידי בית תוכנה ופיתוח תוכנה מותאמת אישית על ידי סטודנט לתואר ראשון בעל כישורים מתאימים , הוחלט לבסוף על בניית מערכת ממוחשבת בשם "נובקית" וזאת במסגרת פרויקט הגמר של סטודנט במכללה האקדמית להנדסה בת"א.

המטרות אשר הוצבו על ידי מנהלי חברת נובק היו פיתוח ומחשוב מודלים לניהול מכרזים ופרויקטים, פיתוח ניהול הזמנות ממנהלי עבודה בשטח והזמנות ציוד מספקים, פיתוח מודול שינויי דיירים וניהול מודול מלאי תוך ביצוע נוחות תפעול, מהירות שליפת דוחות ושיפור אמינות הנתונים ושלמות המידע במערכת.

בניית התוכנה הצריכה לימוד חומר מקצועי רב על צורת הכתיבה ,צורת תכנון המסכים, חיפוש ומציאת שיטות כתיבה נוחות ונכונות. לאחר ייצוב המערכת והצגת אב הטיפוס למנהלי חברת נובק, ניתן אור ירוק להמשיך בפיתוח. הפיתוח נמשך מספר חודשים אשר כללו בניית דוחות מורכבים ,ביצוע בדיקות רבות ולאורך כל הדרך למידה רבה הן מהספרות המקצועית והן מהספרות המקוונת. בסיום הפיתוח ולאחר בחינת המערכת על ידי חברת נובק הוגדרה תוכנת נובקית כעומדת ביעדים ובדרישות אשר הוגדרו לה בתחילת הפרויקט .

כיום תוכנת נובקית הפכה לחשובה וחיונית ביותר עבור חברת נובק עקב מהירות תגובתה, קלות השימוש בה ואמינות

הנתונים שבה תוך עמידה בצרכי החברה.

Abstract

“Nobek” company specializes in electricity system netting in compartment buildings, from the construction planning phase till the project completion. Today, the company is responsible in several sites, in which it manages the electricity netting through working teams, which are scattered in the working sites with their equipment.

Due to the revival in the Israeli real estate market and the growth in the long range projects within the ambition to accuracy, speed and the company re-organization, there is a treat need to a computerized system.

Presently, the data management in the company is manually done, what causes many deficiencies such as:
lack of updating information, following up after projects and their progress, from winning phase in the tender till the project completion (including all project phases). Another problem is following up the quantities that were allocated to a certain project. Therefore, it is very difficult to know whether the project meets the initial requirements. There is no orderly follow up after the stock quantity in the storage, and there is no orderly follow up after equipment orders from the foremen in the construction sites, and no follow up after receiving the equipment from suppliers to the foremen in the different sites

As aforesaid, after a deepen examination of the existing situation in the company (details in the examination section), discovered many flaws, which seems that for most of them, can be solved by development and computerization of models, while safekeeping on the simplicity of operate the software by the user.

After a thorough market survey (details in the section, which included option of purchasing prepared software package - personal adjusted, by a bachelor's degree student, with suitable qualifications, eventually decided over developing computerization system in the name of “ Nobekit”, during a final project of a student, in the “Afeka academically university of engineering” in Tel Aviv.

The targets that has placed by the administrant of Nobek company was, development and computerization of models to conduct tendering and projecting, developing orders management from foreman in the field, and orders equipment from suppliers, developing models to tenant changes, and managing supply model while performing ease operation, unsheathing reports, and improving the reliability of the dates and the perfect ness of the information in the system.

Developing the software required studying large quantity of professional material about the writing manner, the way of designing the application screen, searching and finding convenience and correct method of writing. After stabilization the system and introduction the prototype to the administrant of Nobek company, a green light given to continue with the development. The development last several mounts, which included development of complicated reports, performance of many examination, and during all the way, many studying, whether it was from the professional literature , and whether it was from the online literature. In the end of the development and after examination of the system by Nobak Company, Nobekit software was defined as “standing in the requirement and goals”, as defined to her in the beginning of the project.

Up to date, the Nobekit software has become most important and essential for Nobak Company, due to her quick response, the simplicity to use, and the reliability of the dates in her, while standing on the company requirement, and attached herewith, in this matter, a letter from Nobak Company.

It should be mentioned, that “Nobekit system” was developed in .net environment, by c# language.
